Our warehouse facility:
Where do you produce and ship your footwear and apparel from?
All of our footwear is produced in Brazil and all of our clothing is produced in Canada. Our shipping warehouse is fully operational and in a remote region of Maryland, US.
How have you increased sterilization?
Throughout the fulfilment process, together with our partners, we have implemented policies to increase the sanitization of our facilities and protection of all staff.
These measures include:
- Physically dispersing staff at workstations and staggering break times
- Enforcing a formal schedule to continuously sanitize work surfaces throughout the facility
- Screening all staff for fevers and flu symptoms before the beginning of each work day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we are offering free global shipping on all orders.
How long will my items take to ship?
While our shipping carriers have generally warned that some delivery delays are possible, all continue to pick up packages from our warehouses on their regular schedules. Your order times should follow our standard times outlined below.

How long do I have to return my order?
We’ve extended our return period to 1 full year for orders purchased after February 1, 2020 to allow for safety and comfort in returning your purchase if you are not fully satisfied.
